Abstract :
The author describes a switched-capacitor (SC) inductance simulation circuit which simulates floating inductance using only one unity-gain buffer (UGB) and which is controlled by two-phase clock. The spread of the capacitor values is small. Moreover, the spread of the capacitor values for the whole circuit which uses this SC inductor tend to be smaller. A fifth-order lowpass filter is considered as an application of the SC inductor
