  • Abstract
Influence on specific absorption rate (SAR) due to the metallic frame of glasses based full-wave time-domain simulation with the high-resolution Chinese Electromagnetic Human Model (CEMHM) (0.67 × 0.69 × 0.5 mm3) is presented. The commercial software CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® (CST MWS) is used to calculate the SAR distributions and SAR averaged values for CEMHM with and without glasses when they are exposed to the radiation of a cellular phone. The results show that the metallic frame leads to a greater SAR values.
