Abstract :
According to the recent study of international logistics, if urbanization level is up to 30%, this country´s urbanization will come into high-speed development stage. It will directly drive the development of city logistics. In this case, the planning for logistics park has become more important. In our country, many cities are ready to or already make planning to construct logistics park. However, because of huge funds input, any mistakes will result in huge losses. Therefore, it´s quite significant to study the planning of logistics park at the initial planning and construction for logistics park. Based on analysis for basic functions and types of logistics park, this paper puts forward fundamental principles to plan a logistics park scientifically, discussing the necessity of building modern logistics park in Jilin city, then presenting proposed schemes on planning of logistics park of Jilin city.
