Application of the technology of conversion frequency to polyester production line of Shengyuan in Zhejiang

This paper introduces to an example applied the technology of the conversion frequency to the polyester production line of Shengyuan in Zhejiang successfully, and discusses the particular application and using effect of inverter technology to the control process of production technology in the polymerization, mixing and in the parameter controlling such as speed volume and current volume. This paper describes the application of conversion frequency to driving system on the polyester production line. The domestic-made frequency converter driving system has taken the place of imported one entirely, strengthened the ability to manufacture the equipment and installation autonomously, and reduced the costs of the equipment greatly.
