Abstract :
A coupled line structure with additional open stubs low pass filter design is proposed. The additional open stubs are used as the compensation for the filter design and also for increasing the out-of-band rejection level. A 5th-order Chebysehv low pass filter with 3 dB cutoff frequency at 2GHz, 0.1 dB ripple was designed, fabricated and measured to verify the validity of the design.
