Abstract :
With the complexity of network increasing steadily, it has been a significant subject for network management system innovatively. In order to fulfill the capability of learning, fault tolerance and organizing of network performance management. A multilevel control model of network performance management is discussed based on the technology of social-agents and the theory of multilevel control in this paper. Firstly, the network performance is monitored, analyzed and forecasted through the distribution and cooperation of the multi-agent. Then the network performance is controlled by multilevel method. Finally, the model proposed in this paper is implemented using Java, which implement the intelligent management for different equipments in the network. The system is applied on a certain local area network. The experimental results show that it can enhance the availability ratio of the network and realize the optimal performance of the network.
