Abstract :
To the dynamic order for close-loop descriptor systems, with the decomposition of the matrix pencil in constraint equivalence and adjustment of the matrix pencil by the elementary transformation, the paper gives the expressions for the maximum and minimum ranks of the matrix pencil, and a sufficient impulse-free condition for close-loop descriptor systems with output derivative feedback at the maximum and minimum dynamic orders.
