Abstract :
Self-jamming issue in a mobile phone is problematical recently. Noise evaluation by using APD is very useful to analysis this issue. We describe countermeasure example of a self-jamming issue occurred between a DC-DC converter and a Japanese digital TV service (One-seg TV) in a Japanese mobile phone handset. This example shows that the noise measurement by APD and the near-filed APD mapping system are useful to countermeasure Self-jamming issues in mobile phones.
