  • Abstract
    A medical image gray value and coordinate real-time statistics methods based on CT slice data is proposed. By this new method, the gray and three-dimensional coordinate of biomedical image can be successfully observed. We constructed a curve on CT image. The curve could be arbitrary moving, and gray value or 3D coordinate on the curve will be displayed simultaneously. We have obtained the perfect results of gray and coordinate on CT image in DICOM format. Experiment results shows proposed methods is a convenient and flexible approach and it can achieve gray and coordinate real-time interactive display on CT image. This method can assist doctors to make better and more accurate diagnosis.
