            Abstract : 
The H∞ fault tolerant guaranteed cost control problem for a class of nonlinear system with state-delay is investigated, in which the H∞; performance index and the quadratic performance index are guaranteed simultaneously. A sufficient condition for the existence of H∞; fault-tolerant guaranteed cost controller is presented in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) and the optimal H∞; fault-tolerant guaranteed cost controller is derived. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
