            Abstract : 
A MEMS tunable optical coplanar waveguide (CPW) based modulator/ photo-detector is introduced. It could apply phase and amplitude corrections at both ends of an optical link, potentially reducing the inter symbol interference (ISI) caused by dispersive effects
