  • Abstract
A theory of the anomalous thermomagnetic effect in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures is created for the case of piezoelectric interaction between electrons and phonons. The theory describes the effect for sub-helium temperatures when the interaction is dominant in such heterostructures.
