Abstract :
The results of development of the automated system of registration and processing of mass-spectrometer information are presented. The device of interface PC with residual gas analyzer (RGA), algorithms of the software for registration of spectra, recognition and processing of mass-spectra are described. The data about the bakeout of elements of image intensifier are received.
