Abstract :
Current Electronic Warfare (EW) systems use algorithmic processing methods which are inflexible and do not fully utilise available sources of a priori information. The EW systems of the future are required to react faster and with greater accuracy to an extremely complex electromagnetic environment. This paper presents the role of knowledge based processing methods and how they may be applied to emitters (radars) identification
