Abstract :
A modeling method for a capacitance-ended coaxial sample holder filled with a test dielectric is described. By the mode-matching method, matching field equations of the holder and a numerical model of lumped elements are derived. Using the model, the dielectric properties of methyl alcohol were measured with the holder. The results are discussed
