Abstract
The paper is devoted to the problem of sidelobe suppression in a matched filter for wideband signals with using the neural network (NN) approach. Principle performance characteristics of a NN detection procedure such as NN structure and parameters, its impulse response and amplitude characteristics, output signal probability density function and detection probabilities have been investigated. The simulation results are presented
