Abstract :
The modern condition of researches in the field of construction of regulators of adaptive systems of automatic control gives the basis to search on their basis for ways and algorithms of construction of systems of phase synchronization femtosecond UHF and MICROWAVE of ranges. Such decision allows to ensure (supply) as high reliability of job of systems of formation of electrical signals and accuracy of maintenance of parameters of signals, and given dynamic and static characteristics of systems of synchronization. It is important for systems working at change of external conditions and parameters of subsystems, blocks and units.
