Abstract :
An overview of characteristics, usage, research and standardization of HF communications is given in this paper. A new system scheme adopted OFDM and MIMO is proposed which can greatly improve the reliability and quality of HF communications compared to other schemes. Simulation results show that performance of this novel scheme is promising.
