  • Abstract
    Spatial clustering is an important area in cluster analysis. Up to now, most computing models are implemented mostly by traditional von Neumann´s architecture. The purpose of this paper is to propose a simulated evolutionary DNA computing model and integrate DNA computing with cluster analysis. The proposed technique will apply for large scale, high parallel clustering problems potentially.
