Abstract :
Using different sensors to measure or record the drop formation process, the physical and chemical characteristics of liquids can be determined. For the method in this paper, the drop was formed, breakup and made to flow down through a pair of parallel plate capacitor and two position sensors. By measuring the relative frequency deviation corresponding to the relative capacitive deviation caused by the passing droplet, multi parameters of the drop can be obtained such as the drop volume, drop flow rate and drop breakup position, etc.
