Abstract :
We present the detection method of C-reactive protein (CRP) using anti-CRP antibody and its F(ab´)2 fragment immobilized quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The present QCM method is detectable in the range 1 ng/dL to 100 μg/dL of CRP concentration.
