            Abstract : 
It is extremely difficult to measure the resonance frequency characteristics of an ultra-high-frequency grooved-type crystal blank before electrode formation. The authors devised and experimentally created a fixture of a simple plane electrode structure having excellent high-frequency characteristics and suitable for measuring an ultrahigh-frequency grooved-type crystal blank.
