Abstract :
A fast and exact methodology to analytically evaluate the performance of cellular mobile radio systems is proposed. Micro and picocellular applications can be investigated. The performance of cellular mobile communication systems can be assessed by considering different cell structures, traffic distributions, F-TDMA and/or CDMA protocols in the presence of interference, multipath fading and thermal noise. Moreover, countermeasure techniques such as power control, antenna diversity, can be taken into account
