  • Abstract
Over the past few decades, a considerable number of studies have been made on biotechnology. Accompanied by the valuing of biotechnology, human beings start to put more and more emphasis on the significance of environmental monitoring, especially the measured data of bio-sensor, which needs to be analyzed explicitly. Furthermore, the measurement of behavior of micro-organism is the main method to gather data, and the researchers will conduct a great deal of empirical data to test and verify the results. In this paper, we are going to take Paramecium as the major study subject. The Paramecium is not only easy to be collected and procreated, but it also can adapt itself to the new environment. In addition, the Paramecium is active in a limited space and the experiment will only occupy a small area. Except for those reasons, the Paramecium has its self sensors with high precision, which is suitable for the research. The study focuses on the motion of Paramecium; therefore, we develop an image analytic of performing to recognize and track, and to write down the record of Paramecium´s behavior and the movement orbit under other environments. Linked with the computer, it can display the movement of the orbit and write down the record directly in the PC for the researchers to do exhaustive analysis.
