  • Abstract
    Taking into account the results of existing IST projects, an enhanced overlay model based end-to-end QoS architecture is proposed with updated service classes defined to cover varieties of applications. Detailed operation procedures of service negotiation and invocation are provided. Finally the idea of multiple control loops is proposed and modeling of each control loop is formalized.
