Abstract
A 2D TLM in combination with the spectrum of 2D solutions method has been used to calculate the self admittance of a longitudinal slot radiating between baffles. By applying a spectrum of 2-dimensional solutions method (S2DS), the three dimensional field solutions can be obtained numerically from two dimensional solutions. This method has been employed on a longitudinal slot radiating between baffles and the results have been verified by measurements and other methods.
