Abstract :
This paper proposes a new approach to robust fault detection and isolation for a class of uncertain systems. We propose a bank of robust observers for all possible faulty models to accomplish fault detection and isolation. Based on the designed observers, a bank of residuals are defined correspondingly. For locked actuators, in which the locked position is additional unknown, we develop an adaptive scheme to estimate the unknown parameter.
