Abstract :
Studies the analysis of both structure parameters and dynamic traffic information for urban traffic networks. The structure parameters of urban traffic networks such as the lane number, type of signalized intersection, traffic regulation, phase, legal speed and link length are analyzed in relation to traffic flows in Hiroshima and Fukuyama cities, Japan. The dynamic traffic information of urban traffic networks are analysed quantitatively based on concepts and data analyses. Relationships between the structure parameters and the dynamic traffic information are described by equations or algorithms
