Abstract
Satellite orientation, as one of the main technologies in modern navigation field, has many advantages, such as low cost, quick initialization, high precision with no accumulates error. In this paper, we discussed the effect between the accuracy of pseudorange and carrier phase in the short baseline orientation determination, a QR decomposition real-time search algorithm with MEMS INS (Inertial Navigation System) was proposed. As only single epoch information being used, carrier phase cycle slips can be avoided and reduced the initial time significantly. It is a fast and efficient method with high success ratio and accuracy in the orientation determination proved by both the static and dynamic experimental results.
