Abstract :
Based on the traffic noise prediction, this paper predicted the traffic noise of the Pinggu segment of Beijing-Pinggu expressway and assessed the sound environmental quality of the environmentally sensitive points, according to the plan of the great logistics base of Mafang town. In this paper, the plan of the Green belt to abate the expressway traffic noise was designed, and taking the economic benefits of the Green belt into consideration, an optimized plan to control noise was found out. In addition, the noise reduction measures in the sound environment sensitive points were pointed out.
