Research on the industry selection of service outsourcing in Heilongjiang province based on SWOT

In the context of economic globalization, Service outsourcing become one of the important ways, through which developing countries undertake developed country industrial transfer and integration into the world economy, Service outsourcing has important significance for transformation of foreign trade growth mode of Heilongjiang, upgrading industrial structure. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of service outsourcing in Heilongjiang based on SWOT, proposed the method of selecting the development of service outsourcing key industry.
