Abstract :
Technologies for the expert to analyze accident reports deeply were mainly developed in field of the accident reports analysis, but cross-analysis, which is a technology to extract beneficial knowledge from multi-accident cases, is not enough establish. Therefore, the some industrial offices are collecting the near-miss reports and the accident reports (hereafter, risk reports) but these are not used effectively for safety. The improved cross-analysis expected to able to grasp comprehensively factors which leads to safety on the industrial business place because the since these risk reports contain risk information of a whole of the industrial business place. So, this paper reports a proposed integration analysis method of the progress event based on risk reports. This method separates keywords of which are minimal unit word such as “subject” and “predicate” from the progress events described in reports, and links the relationship of same keywords such as subject and predicate (that link is defined as an integration in this paper). Thereby my method can realize the partial risk analysis and the occurrence frequency analysis and the identification of risk based on the progress routes and the passing frequency through these routes. The result applied our method to PEC-SAFER accident cases identified 8 hazardous factors which can be caused from tank again, and visualized the high frequent factors that the first factor was damage of tank 26% and the second factor was the corrosion 21%, and visualized the high risks that the first risk was the damage 3.3×10-2 and the second risk was the destroy 2.5×10-2.
