            Abstract : 
We present the millimeter-wave hybrid spectrometer for investigation of rotational and vibration-rotation spectra and spectra of an internal hindered rotation of complex polar molecules in a frequency region 15-119 GHz. The scientific outcomes of an investigation of the rotation spectrum of a (CD/sub 3/)/sub 2/CDOH molecule (trans-rotamer) are also presented.
