Abstract :
Through investigating and analyzing the outlet position and wastewater quality of the enterprises along the Yibin section of Yangtse River, the Yibin section of Yangtse River is divided into 5 cells based on the theory of optimal search according to the characteristic of the standardization management of the outlet. Thus the target distribution function and the search probability function are deduced, and the distribution strategy of search effort is confirmed. To testify the validity of the proposed method, a calculation example was given. The result shows the probability to detect the accidental pollution source with this method is remarkably higher than that with the traditional search method, and that with the method that distributes search time by the probability of target distribution. So the optimal search model for the accidental pollution source in the Yibin- section of Yangtse River is constructed.
