  • Abstract
    This paper presents an analysis of varactor tunable microstrip resonators (VTMR) using proper circuit models. The resonance conditions have been obtained and applied to determine better configurations of VTMRs. The behaviour of resonance conditions has been discussed and compared for different tunable resonator configurations. Based on nonlinear optimization, coupling elements stabilizing the bandwidth have been suggested
