Abstract :
The design, fabrication, performance and application of a family of SAW filters with center frequencies from 5.7 to 400 MHz and bandwidth from 1.3 to 27 MHz for DBS receivers are described. The quality assurance system, reliability test methods and failure analysis in batch production are also presented.<>
