Abstract
The T. Tuning Computer is a CMOS microcontroller including programmable LCD drivers, a new CMOS PLL concept and I/Os. This PLL integrates high speed prescaler (up to 250 MHz), reference frequency generator, phase comparator, programmable charge pumps and high voltage outputs for tuning. The chip is available in EPROM and ROM versions.<>
