Abstract :
The paper introduces the treatment of recirculating water from refinery plant with grid filtration to remove suspended solid to decrease the turbidity in the water. The emphasis is on the determination of grid filtration quantity, the design of grid filtration, the determination of back washing. With the operation of grid filtration, the water quality of outlet is improved a lot, which shows that it is an efficient treatment method to inhabit the swell of filtrating media, so to decrease the content of suspended solids, and to save water and power expenses.
