Abstract :
The subject of this article is the effects of the compound made of metal-oxide sosoloid and ATH on flame and smoke retardant properties, mechanical and physical properties, as well as heat stability of PVC sheath materials. The experimental results indicate that this compound has high efficient flame and smoke retardant properties for PVC material. The PVC composite with 2 phr sosoloid instead of 2 phr antimony oxide, not only has the same flame and smoke retardant effect, but also has good comprehensive performance and lower price
