Abstract :
We have developed a micro spectrometer with 64 pixel GaAs base n-i-dot-in-well-i-n photo detector linear array. The physical model has established by its current-voltage, capacitance-voltage and Capacitance to frequency relationship. The model could be easily integrated with the readout circuit for special readout design optimization to realize the wide wavelength range under different radiation (especially in weak light) readout. the special CPLD sequential control circuits designed to make the dual analog signal after conditioning circuit module in a specific sequence transfer to the micro controller. The Cortex-M4 MCU serves as the core, and integrating a variety of peripheral hardware circuit. And wi-fi wireless network interface and the corresponding PC software can complete data acquisition, digital filtering, spectrum display, and network communications, such as human-computer interaction tasks so on.
