Abstract :
The factors having influence on the combustion efficiency and pollutant emission of municipal solid waste incinerator include flue gas resident time, temperature distribution and turbulence in furnace. In the paper, mixing strengthening of freeboard of fluidized bed is investigated experimentally in a cold model of fluidized bed by changing height of secondary air component, flux of secondary air, direction of secondary air blower and ratio of secondary to primary air and so on. Test result shows that: (1) unsymmetrical secondary air component arrangement, unsymmetrical air flux and blowing direction of secondary air will resound to strengthening mixing; (2) ratio of secondary to primary air has no clear effect on strengthening of mixing.
