Abstract :
Generally, piezoelectric ceramics based lead-zirconate-titanate (PZT) system are well known for use in high power devices. The chemical phase diagram of PbZTO3(PZ)-PbTiO3(PT)-Pb(Mn1/3Sb 2/3)O3(PMS) ceramics which have been shown to be adaptable for a high power usage is introduced. The stability of piezoelectric properties in PZ-PT-PMS solid solution system such as piezoelectric constants, electromechanical coupling coefficient and mechanical quality factor are discussed in terms of CeO2 additive. 0.47PbZrO3 (PZ) 0.43PbTiO3 (PT) 0.1Pb(Mn 1/3Sb2/3)O3 (PMS)-0.5 wt% CeO2 ceramics at sintering temperature of 1200°C adaptable for a high power device material are used. The resonant and anti-resonant frequencies, mechanical quality factor, and force factor are also measured as a function of vibration velocity
