Abstract :
Ultra low-frequency dielectric relaxation of strontium-lanthanum-bismuth titanate (SLBT) ceramics has been studied in the temperature range of -190°C to +100°C, using the linear voltage ramp method. Three temperature regions were observed: low-temperature dispersion, no dispersion, and high-temperature dispersion. The dielectric behavior of this material in the time and frequency domains is given, and the relaxation time constant at various temperatures is studied
