Abstract :
As a new focus in e-learning field, mobile learning has the capability to delivery learning anywhere and at anytime. Some education institutions or training companies have begun to develop courseware for mobile phone. In this research, we attempt to introduce our work on design and implementation of an adaptive mobile course management system, including the principle of the system, the business workflow, data structure and key technical difficulties. For case study, we take Java Programming Language m-course to demonstrate how to develop a course with MCMS share our experience on it. In the last past we also discuss testing of the course and users´ comment on it.
