Abstract
In this research, three layers of BP neural network model were used to model the end breakage rate of ring spun polyester/cotton yarn. Of the sixteen group samples, twelve were chosen as the training set at random, while the rest were the testing set. The experimental results and the corresponding analysis show that the BP neural network model is an efficient theory for the quality prediction and has wide prospect in the application of ring spun polyester/cotton yarn production system. This method improves obviously the efficiency and quality of production.
