Abstract
Myth or Reality: Is Electromagnetic radiation in form of radio frequency (RF) coming from mobile towers which are well known as Base Trans-receiver Station (BTS) affect the human body parts or not. This document investigates about the amount of radiation emitted by BTS tower which is measured by Selective Radiation Meter (SRM-3006). After that these values are compared by the guidelines and limits that are to be set by International Commission on Non Ionized Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) for the exposure of non-ionized radiation in the form of electromagnetic field, power density or Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). This study also helps to estimate most affected part of human body by compare the values with the guidelines of general public exposure.
