Abstract
In this paper proposed new one-way matrix function and a new algorithm for the transfer the private key encryption to open communication channels based on the generalized PP, Galois and Fibonacci matrices is discussed. The purpose of this article is to describe the features, principles of a generalized primitive polynomial that extends the classic term primitive polynomial.
