Abstract
This work describes the experiences shared by professors in Electric Machinery, and Electric Machinery and Installations, included in Electromechanical Engineering and Electronics Engineering respectively, at the San Francisco Regional Faculty of the National Technological University. Said experiences were gained while attempting to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the teaching-learning process in the classroom by means of a continuous learning assessment system which was aimed at fostering participation and proactivity among the students, both in the classroom and in the final exams. After almost one decade of testing and discussion, these professors finally developed a method applying proven pedagogical techniques in which students combine commitment, interchange, written production and shorter delays to pass the subject examination.
