Abstract :
In this report, a novel ellipsometer based on a highly birefringent fiber is described. The description of the novel optical fiber ellipsometer is presented and also its performance is thoroughly investigated by being used to study materials with different degrees of light absorption. The results obtained were in agreement with theoretical values
