Abstract :
We have developed a co-registered optical coherence tomography (OCT) and line-scanning fluorescence laminar optical tomography (FLOT) imaging system. This system enables simultaneous 3-D imaging of tissue morphology and molecular information 10-100 mum resolution and millimeter-scale imaging depth.
